Chapter Overhaul: Surface Tension

描述
This mod REQUIRES Black Mesa Character Expansion AND one of its non-default HECU modules (BMCE HECU or Romka's Classic HECU). Otherwise, it won't work properly! Please make sure they're properly installed first!

A series of quality-of-life fixes and improvments to Surface Tension, using maps from BMS Classic Surface Tension as a base (you DO NOT need to subscribe to BMS Classic in addition to this add-on, though).

    FEATURES:
      •New Staff Types - Full intergration with Black Mesa Character Expansion in order to add variety to the Black Mesa staff - living, dead, or otherwise. Various corpses in the chapter which lacked in unique appearances or accessories have been fixed.
      •New HECU Soldier Scenes - As a touch of environmental storytelling, docile soldiers have been added towards the end of the chapter.

Special thanks to KyuuGryphon for providing some map source files and allowing redistribution of BMS Classic with this mod!

@Citizen⁵ That's the weird part, I don't have BMSC classic installed at all, and even when I unsinstalled and deleted the VPK of this mod, nothing changed.

your recording shows what appears to be BMSC Surface Tension - the APC and soldiers are moving towards the dam instead of moving towards you to attack, which is what they should be doing in the Chapter Overhaul version

there are also knockback houndeyes present, whereas I removed them for Chapter Overhaul

I think you have BMSC ST installed at the same time as ST Chapter Overhaul - which you shouldn't be doing btw

I'm having problems with the mod once again, same problems. I've tried everything, I reinstalled Black mesa, I purged my mod subscriptions and reinstalled the chapter overhaul. But no matter what I did I cannot fix it, is there something I'm doing wrong?

this addon has nothing to do with "uncutting" Surface Tension, it just adds to CC's vanilla maps

sorry this might be dumb, but is there any real reason to install this mod as I've heard CC already "uncut" this chapter in the vanilla?

When I find this and other Chapter Overhaul addons in the folders, there's stuff like 'STOverhaul_001', do I have to do something with these or should they work fine without me doing something with them?
