I just tested this doors , all works , but importent i also made a door series with name toilet inside , that not disconnect the zones , that i made for self made toilets. That toilet doors you can not use as normal doors !!! (all doors without the name toilet in name you can use)
This are the toilet doors , only for that toilet pack , check you for sure used that ones

When placing the game does not recognise the area as enclosed. Tried to put the Blue toilet door and the glass toilet door. But the bathroom area did not count as enclosed.
