Descripción
SBM is a new combat based music system thats better than nombat and the now dead DYNAMO. It plays a random selected soundtrack based on the enemy you're dealing with, supported types are combine, aliens, bosses and HL1 NPCs.

This addon adds no music on its own, it only removes default Half-Life 2 music & ambience.

ConVars:
-battlemus_enabled 1 | turn the script on or off, doesnt re-enable default HL2 music
-battlemus_volume_ambient 0.1 | the ambience volume
-battlemus_volume_combat 0.2 | the volume of music when fighting something
-battlemus_fade_speed 1 | how fast the track fades in/out

ahhh.. battlemus_reload_tracks # changes the track. I will see if I can execute this on clients on wiremod trigger.

This is way better than Nombat. No more switching between tracks after 5 secs when enemy is out of sight.

Yet the default volume values are a bit to low in my opinion. I try to run this on a multiplayer coop server, and the the music is barely audible. Is there a way to enforce volume and fade speed globally? I also found the battlemus_display_playlist command, it is nice to see all available tracks. Wish I could switch to one globally..

Anyhow, thanks for the great addons. It really fills the battle with life!

So I got my answer for adding my own music, but if it's global is still on my mind. I'm assuming like all the other music addons, my clients will have to download the same music pack

If I use this in a peer-to-peer server, will the clients be able to hear the music? And I'm under the assumption as well that I must add my own music and ambiance, but where would I add these files?
