Fake Gondola and Flatcar year 2000 [Europe]

Adds fake versions of the modern European gondola and flatcar models with permanent visual freight. They are meant for "Schönbau" - with these it is possible to form trains loaded with freight without working product chains.
For the flatcar there are new freight-loads included which are based on vanilla assets.

Gondola - with simulated weight (base weight + 24t coal/ore)

- logs (standard)
- construction material (standard)
- steel (standard)

- steel beams
- marble stones
- machines (2 variants)
- tracks (concrete and wood variants)
- empty with one layer of wood plates

All variants are available from 2000

You can disable unwanted variants in the settings.lua file or with the CommonAPI2-Interface.
