This is a Laser Pointer / Laser Marker / Laser Aiming block, created using WeaponCore ( https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1918681825 )

This block creates a yellow-orange laser that consumes ~20MW, and does Zero damge

Beam ends after 35km, and is visible to anyone.

WeaponCore is required for this block to work.

I get that the energy usage is realistic so I dont see any reason to change it. Everyone else can just learn how to mod it as that was the intent.

By the way, if you want a designator for a rotor turret, Froid's script now has fixed support for using vanilla turrets as designatorsr, such as the MA Designator turret.

With a 20MW laser "pointer", we don't need any other weapons. It would cut the ship in half all by itself.
