Ship should come as Im aware with the blueprints setup already, if not you need to open workshop designs, then apply each of the 4 turret blocks in order.
Adding cosmetics to turret blocks is another thing. You have to place a turret, then go to customize turret, then open save file, then open the gun you want, then you can make it become that one.
I built all 4 pieces so the barrel was longest on the far back block, and shortest on the front. I tested it out and all 4 should fire from about the same spot on the front(this turret Fazar's Wrath 1/4). Its quite hard to describe but yeah playing around with custom turrets might give you an idea how it'd work.
In order for the cannon to work, there's 4 Coaxial emplacements near the nose. Changing them from back to front (Fazar's Wrath 4/4 furthest back, 3/4, 2/4, then 1/4 at the front). They should be saved already on the ship design, but it allows you to have 4 Coaxials fire from the spot of 1. Idea for the cannon came from SivCorp. Brilliant idea.
