And about that needle, i know about that. Though i don't know why that happens. Probably due to the 'always active' trait. I'm using Peace's avionics script here so i cannot really change that.
So, with reduced scale on gauge, it would be easier to read velocity on gauge with needle position. Also found small bug, don't know if something is wrong on my side or not. With Full avionics panel and steam gauge panel with multiple readings, needle properly change position on gauge. Speed gauge does not, despite being activated (velocity shown on HUD). And yes, I was having both, whole avionic panel and single speed gauge activated at same time.

Here on the picture they are also painted with the brazing tool (from the Paintable Blocks Mod). Normally they have a rusty iron texture.
