This mod adds the Hierarchy faction from the game Universe at War: Earth Assault by Petroglyph.

Announcement:
I have recently removed some of the extra gameplay features from the mod including the prescripted empire, armies, and starting system and have placed them into a patch. You can find it in the dependencies link. It is not required for this mod to function properly.

Features:
1. Hierarchy shipset based on the Hiearchy's ufo transport seen in the game.
2. Hierarchy Flag
3. Hierarchy cityset

It appears that For 4.1.3 the city portrait is out of alignment in the Planet View UI.

@force728 Indeed it wasn't very clear frm me, sorry ! I meant economically, I don't know maybe I am playing wrong ? Do you manage to have a viable start on your side ?

Also it's probably more your mod Civ & Protraits rather that the shipset
