you can join the besiege discord if you want more expansive explanations, but the simple answer is using mods to scale blocks. scaled blocks don't need the mods to work.

i am very pleased to hear that indeed it looks to be a group c lemans car from the 90s but its chassis looks to be composed of the mercedes benz c-11
