Fashion Montage - Start with any outfit in any mode

You guys finally wore me down. Fashion Montage now works in the latest version of the game.
Want to start with any clothing, but can't use sandbox options for whatever reason?
Fashion Montage simply unlocks the full clothing menu regardless of which game mode or scenario you're using.

If you're playing local split-screen multiplayer, this mod will work.
(Please do not ask me how to set up split-screen multiplayer. Just google it.)

This mod does NOT support server multiplayer.
The reason for this is simple: if you are setting up a server, you already have total control of all environment variables, and therefore do not need this mod. Instead, when you're creating or editing your server settings, simply tick the Sandbox > Character > "All Clothing Unlocked" checkbox.
