[CTVehicles] Combine Prisoner Transporter (+simfphys)

The Combine Prisoner Transporter from Half Life: Alyx converted by me as a DRIVABLE source vehicle (prop_vehicle_jeep base) and converted to Simfphys by Willi302
This conversion would not have been possible without the permission [gyazo.com] of jQueary who allowed me to convert his port of the Prisoner Transporter.

-Highly detailed interior and exterior
-Reworked collision model (You can enter the back)
-OPENABLE rear doors (Use the Advanced Bone Tool for OPENING/CLOSING rear doors (posing) . For full posing options, please download the static model here )
-VCMod + ELS support, with seats and siren
-HL2 APC Sounds (We don't know how it actually sounds like yet)

A: I couldn't find a proper seating position.
