You will need both Find it! 2 and Prop Anarchy to get the assets ingame and be able to place them on roads.

That seems to be the previous version of the mod. Can you try to unsubscribe and subscribe again and see if it updates then?

Seems nice. Would like to use it, but it doesn't show up correctly for me. There's no borders and the sand is a strange shape of bad texture.
