Hello.
Remove the mod from DayZLauncher, close DayZLauncher, go to the "!Workshop" folder and make sure it's deleted. If "@HeliWreckNoLoot" still appears, don't touch anything.
Close Steam, open Steam, open DayZLauncher, and look for "@HeliWreckNoLoot." It shouldn't be there; if it is, delete it.
Find the mod and subscribe. This usually solves the problem.
Sometimes it also happens with the "@BuilderItems" mod.
If you use the "@HeliWreckNoLoot!" mod on your server, you can put it inside your ServerMod or ModPack.
