well today we have the fiveseven ported from EFT, this has the original suppresor and laser from the original game.

i was trying to export the sounds, but i was so lazy. anyways enjoy it.

Uploaded a patch for the missing ammo issue

This replaces the ammotype with pistol ammo as the ammo type listed is not available
