Escape From Tarkov Medicine and status effects (DEPRECATED)

This addon adds 10 new medicine entities from Escape From Tarkov, as well as new character effects.

New character effects:
1. Concussion - appears after the player gets hit in the head, the effect lasts 15 seconds.
2. Bleeding - appears with a 25% chance after the player gets hit. It is treated with bandages or first aid kits.
3. Bone fracture - appears after falling from a great height or when the player gets hit in the leg (with a 35% chance.)
Use a splint or petroleum jelly to treat the injury.

New Entities:
1. Bandage - one-time usage, stops the bleeding.
2. Army bandage - could be used two times, stops the bleeding.
3. AI-2 - heals the player, has a capacity of 100 health points.
4. Auto Medkit - heals the player, has a capacity of 220 health points, stops the bleeding, takes 40HP units from the capacity when stops the bleeding.
5. IFAK - heals the player, has a capacity of 300 health points, stops the bleeding, takes 30HP units from the capacity when stops the bleeding.
6. Salewa - heals the player, has a capacity of 400 health points, stops the bleeding, takes 30HP units from the capacity when stops the bleeding.
7. Grizzly - heals the player, has a capacity of 1800 health points stops the bleeding, takes 30HP units from the capacity when stops the bleeding but also treats the fractures, taking 50 HP units from the capacity.
8. Morphine - Disposable, treats the fractures.
9. Aluminum Splint - 5-time uses, treats the fractures.
10. Vaseline - 10-time uses, treats the fracture in a "unique" way (͡ ° ͜ʖ ͡ °).
