Main mod here!

This mod has all the effects for the Celestial Hurricanum, including the lightning ball and the projectile effects. It's kept separate because they are in a movie (yes movie) type .pack file. This is a work around for vfx files not being loaded by regular .pack files or something, I don't know the details.

I have downloaded the SFO standalone submod and this one, however this mod lists the vanilla mod as required as well. Do I need to download the vanilla mod to play with SFO?
