Halo 3: Elite Ragdoll/Playermodel/NPCs

New ports of the Elites from Halo 3 using the original rigs/skeletons.

Features
1) Eyes poseable by means of the joint tool.
2) Jaws poseable by means of the Joint Tool.
3) Full fingerposing further enhanced by having the first person hand arm models hacked onto the model for greater detail.
4) Contains bodygroups for controlling the headtype, mandible armour, shoulder armour, decals, and helmets.
5) Playermodels which utilise all the bodygroups. These also utilise the unified viewmodel system. The armour on the playermodels also supports the player model colouring system.
6) Basic NPC support. Don't forget to colour the armour with the colouring tool afterwards.
7) Compatible with Kinect.

Known issues:
1) Fingers look a bit strange upclose on the 3rd person player models/NPCs.
2) Arms can be a bit prone to clipping through the chest armour when viewed from certain angles on the 3rd person player models/NPCs.
