Player high speed collision damage

This mod allows you to use speed to hit entities
For example, jumping from a height to the head of an NPC will cause damage to the NPC.
You can hit entities from any direction.
Without any setting, the damage will increase with speed

Server ConVar:

1. qtg_phsd_min_speed 620 - Minimum speed to deal damage
   
2. qtg_phsd_damage_scale 1 - Damage scale
   
3. qtg_phsd_player_damage 1 - Allow damage to players
   
4. qtg_phsd_npc_damage 1 - Allow damage to npc
