Add-on for my “Alternate Neptunia and Anime Girls Portraits” mod
Been using for myself for very long time. Though I have no intension to troll, I will modify as I please. User must place this add-on after “Alternate Neptunia and Anime Girls Portraits” or it won’t work properly.

It adds immortality, leader trait and a few unique buildings.
Trait details are almost exact copy of “Anime Girls as Lithoid-ish”.
Currently have 5 buildings: (Please note that only pop with Goddess Lineage or Crystalite Goddess can take these jobs.)
  • Idol Theater: Add high amount of amenities and small amount of extra birthrate. Add 1% growth rate for pleasure seeker empire. Also has Warrior Culture version.

  • *Under development* Forbidden Garden: Meant for pleasure seeker empire. Mimic commercial zone with small growth rate. I recommend NOT to use this building for now. I do intend to replicate the Red light Demeanour here.

  • *Capital only* Synthetic Living Metal Production Center: Expensive building that produce total amount of Living Metal of 1. Meant for empire that has no access to Living Metal for any reason.

  • *Capital only* Basilicom of Galactic Wonder: Mimic Living metal edict with living metal as upkeep. Not to be use unless any in-game source of living metal is not available to user.

  • *Capital only* Artifact Hunter Guild: “Produce” minor artifacts. Require no unique tech but need Exotic gas as up keep.

  • *Capital only* Genetic Mastery Institute: add 3 trait points and 1 head scientist ( or whatever it's called).
    Can be upgrade further to get 5 trait points. Needless to say, it won't shows up if you don't want it.

  • *Capital only* Noble Academy: for civic philosopher king as "buff" without overwriting game file. Add 0.5 influence and 1 noble job. I'm considering add more thing.
Custom Governments
- Add a few custom governments design just to assign initial ruler to certain leader classes.
- For clone army origin, I assign first ruler as governor to avoid admiral's lack of clone trait.
- Not going cover all types.
- Sadly, it conflict with "First ruler stays" mod.
- By default without mod, only seven governments assign initial ruler to leader class.

Custom Traits
- Goddess Linage: immortality with 10% resources output. Came with price tag of -20% growth rate and 10% amenity extra upkeep. Also give leader traits ,design around defensive theme. Tied to specie class just like Lithoid.
- No Good Goddess: a minus 4 trait points, came with malus of 10% amenity, government ethic -10% and empire sprawl from pop +10%. Originally it just -5 point for no good reason. Now add actual malus. Cannot add to other specie class.
- (It just occur to me that despite being a cost 0 leader trait, the game seems to consider it as 1. Not sure what to think of it.....)

Custom Army
- Heavy Armored Valkyrie Army: Powerful but expensive "assault army". Can only be recruited on empire capital. It wasn't meant to be released on workshop yet but then there's Overlord patch, my mods got messy, gonna update quickly and this thing got tag along unintentionally. As user may imaging, this is highly work in progress.

Notes
- This species class is made INCOMPATIBLE with all known genocidal civics for balance and role play sake. Although still can take Become Crisis perk for now.
- Not designed to be use as AI empire, but user may design and force spawn if user wish to. (Species with this unique trait meant to be rather friendly with fellow "Goddess" empire.)
- Not meant to be used with Synthetic Evolution ascension.
- I did not pay attention to Hivemind type. It should not conflict critically, but may have "odd" compatibility.
- 3 December 2021: This update is rather rushed. Some parts are left incomplete.
- Scientist now has -100% fail risk (that is no failure at all if it's "chance" base). Not sure I should leave it that way.

To do:
Make adjustment for hivemind type.

User is NOT recommend to use this mod for game version 3.2 or older
Unknown side effect if do so.

Minor Issues
- AI "Goddess" empire first contact (with custom gov?) seems to pick "You hacked into us" almost (if not all) every time even, I , the player did no such thing. Might just add custom dialog to "fix" this if it does not involved overwriting anything.

Overlord Issues
- Empire random name is somewhat messed up. Particularly when having custom government CPU Round Table, a single "of" could shows up. Can't seems to get rid of it so far. (FIXED?)

- Got some compatibility issue with Subterranean, that growth rate reduction would stack up to -40%. Any attempt to "fix" this would required altering game file, not my favorite method.

Overtuned Issue
I can't seem balance anything about it, not without overwriting which I don't want to. The issue is that I could stack overtune traits as much as I like without any adverse effects to leaders at all. I guess I just leave that -20% growth rate to balance things out by it self for now.

Overtune balance attemp
Made Goddess Lineage opposite 3 overtune traits and add "equal" alternatives with amenity or other as upkeep.
  • Alter preplanned growth with 20% amenity upkeep and -10% leader exp gain.
  • Alter elevated synapses with 20% amenity upkeep and 10% food upkeep. (Brain up grade but learn slower? Nay!)
  • Alter excessive endurance with 20% amenity upkeep and -10% leader exp gain.
  • As for the rest, I consider "price" already paid upfront as -20% growth rate and 10% amenity upkeep.

It just occur to me that job weight might not recognize custom traits I'm going to add. Well, it may just a minor issue hopefully.

Planed next update on Overtune traits: I intend to make immortal trait opposite some overtune traits then add equal alternatives with amenity as upkeep. For simplicity sake, I'm going use same icons and NOT touching game files at all.

Regarding Toxoid content: I have no plan to purchase this DLC just yet , so I have no idea how to adjust to Toxoid.

Planed nest update:
1. Remove gene_ext_tech, replace with building that add empire's pop gene points.
2. Add building that add value to some unpopular civic without overwriting .(maybe just one)

Overlord issue: Just found that empire naming messed up, I'll take a look later.

Overlord issue: If pair with trait Cave Dweller, it will make species growth rate drop to minus 40%. (While Lithoid species got no extra penalty). If I want to "fix" this, it will require overwriting game file.
I rather not do that ,so I might leave it as it is. I could just choose my Crystalite specie instead to keep matter simple. (Already tested it , should be fine)
