NO C_HANDS just color your playermodel white

-6 Models: mafia02, mafia04, mafia06, mafia07, mafia08, mafia09.
-6 Playermodels.
-2 NPCs (friendly and hostile)(hostiles use metrocop animations).
-NPCs will have a random model and spawn with melee weapons
-They don't have floppy ragdolls

I replayed hotline miami and thought: "damn, i wonder if there are russian mafia models on the workshop". the answer is yes, but it didnt work so i just made my own
