The Road To 56: Support Companies Expansion

This mod adds several more options to the support companies. I tried to make this mod as balanced as I could while still maintaining some historical accuracy. I don't know how balanced this is with R56 though.

**NEW**
- MJR121 fixed many of the issues with this mod, so I've added him as a contributer so this will stay supported.
- Added HMG companies in.
- Added Raider companies in.
- Added an additional 5 support company slots.


The idea behind these companies varies greatly:
- Sniper companies receive boosts to soft attack and recon.
- Mortar companies are going to create issues for enemy divisions through a little extra entrenchment and significant boost to breakthrough.
- Flamethrower companies are your anti-tank/anti-fort soldiers.
- War Dog companies are your urban specialists. Pair them with MP companies and never worry about pesky rebel scum again.
- Command companies help keep your divisions organized, reinforced, and fighting at optimal capacity.
- Machine Gunner companies boost all around. Slight boost on entrenchment, breakthrough, and overall fighting abilities.
- Raider companies are the tip of the spears. They are your best forces. Raider school is the toughest training in the armed forces. They are made of members of each of the companies from the rest of the division.
- Added TEN additional support company slots. (up from 5)
- Signal companies received a slight buff.
- Tanks, SP AA, SP Artillery, and Tank Destroyers were added as support companies.
- Light Tank Support companies receive a recon boost as requested and an entrenchment boost.
-Support Company tech out to 54 in similar fashion to how Vanilla Support Companies do (in R56).
