Wheel Magic (force simfphys wheels on ground)

This nifty little autorun hook combination will prevent your vehicles from skyrocketing into space or possibly doing backflips when driving off hills or onto sidewalks with 100mph.

ConVars:
-WheelMagic 1 | if set to 0 the addon script won't run
-WheelMagic_RunWithoutEngineActive 0 | 1 defines if it applies when engine is off
-WheelMagic_WheelForce 30 | with how much force the wheels are being pushed down
-WheelMagic_ChassiForce 0 | with how much force the vehicle base is being pushed down
-WheelMagic_UseChassiAngleForWheelForce 0 | 1 to push wheels relative to vehicles down
-WheelMagic_UseChassiAngleForChassiForce 0 | 1 to push chassi relative to vehicles down
-WheelMagic_KeepChassiUprightForce 10 | how much force to make the chassi keep its angle
-WheelMagic_KeepChassiPitch 1 | 0 to not make the chassi force along pitch (forwards)
-WheelMagic_KeepChassiRoll 1 | 0 to not make the chassi force along roll (sideways)
-WheelMagic_ForceWheelsInAirDown 1 | when 0, it won't push wheels down when they are in air
-WheelMagic_AirWheelForce 50 | how much downward force the wheel will receive when in air
don't attempt to use negative values, lol...

Sideeffects:
-Wheels visually sink into the ground if too strong
-Could cause lag if multiple people drive simfphys in same map
-If configured poorly, the vehicle will enter twister mode and spin right round
