Works in 3.4.4
Overhaul of star wars weapons by the sting

This mod now Integrates Star Wars Weapons and star wars core components - you should not run either mod while running this.

- disables vanilla weapons (tm)
- ai fixes so the AI uses the *right* weapons, this also meant rebalancing some weapons.
- fixed tech costs for the repeatable techs & increased tech costs where it didnt make sense for them to be so cheap
