Based on a real building at the Krasnoyarsk hydro-electric power station, which I have repurposed (with a little artistic license) into a Technical University for up to 100 students.

Thanks but I meant can you export the UV maps and stuff from Blender and it works in game? Sorry for all the questions, never made a mod for this game before :D

I made the texture using Photoshop, but you can use Gimp or getpaint.net which are both free.
