The inability to place spots like that is a vanilla thing. I'm not entirely sure if that's fixable. It could be something due to how the layering is set but I'm not entirely sure. This would probably take a lot of fussing around to figure out if its even possible or not.
I also checked into the lovin thing. This is, actually extremely annoying and time consuming to add. There's no actual lovin interaction like all the other animations which means you need to make one. You also need to get the mote settings right so they display at the right speed, size and angle. I messed around with it a little but it wasn't playing along as I expected it to so fixing this would take an absurd amount of fiddling to figure out. Which I'm sorry to say is not something I really feel like working on anytime soon.
I'm afraid adding that would require coding and is beyond my abilities. If you want to re-enable it you can do so rather easily. Simply delete the following file from the mod. Then the progress bar will appear as normal however it will also appear for the Pose For Me spots.
FSF_Pose_For_Me\1.6\Defs\Effects\Remove_Progress_Bar.xml
Thank you
That's actually an intentional feature of this mod. Otherwise you have progress bars cluttering things up everywhere. The mod itself is not really intended for normal gameplay. It's more something you put in briefly to make some screenshots or videos.
It's been a long time since I've used or worked on this mod. I don't think there was anything really related to combat. The mod Free Draftee Direction could maybe be of use for you.
