Less Useless Imperial Prestige

This mod allows the player to have a use for those vast ammounts of prestige he accumulates throughout the game that so far had no real use. The bonuses are meant to not be extremely huge as to not cause too many changes to balance, but good enough that the player will want to gain prestige rather than not care about it at all.

It adds a button on the Elector Counts screen that once pressed, presents the player with a dilemma, and he can choose:

1- Hold Festags: At a cost of 10000 prestige, this gives an empire-wide boost to settlements, giving each province +15 Growth, +5% tax rate, +4 PO and +2 to untainted for 5 turns.
2- Hold Military Parades: At a cost of 10000 prestige, this gives an empire-wide boost to armies, giving each army +5 Casualty replenishment rate, +5 melee defence, +5 melee attack and +10 leadership for 5 turns.
3- Consolidate Imperial Authority: At a cost of 20000 prestige, this gives the player the chance to buy a +1 imperial authority.

COMPATIBILITY/REQUIREMENTS
Requires UI Modding Framework to work.
Should be compatible with most things, and is savegame compatible.

It might still function but you are better off not trying it, as I cant test to make sure its working as intended. I havent got the time anymore to update my mods unfortunately, but they are up for grabs if anyone wants to continue them and make their own versions, anyone is allowed to do anything with any part of any mod I made.
