A nice, modern building near Dixie, just west of the crossroads gas station.

Like with every other map mod, you HAVE to start a new game for the building to appear in your game!

Can be made into a safehouse, has everything it needs except all the cheaty stuff (like a well or gas pump). And its not so safe that it will bore you to death as soon as you move in, some carpentry must be done, etc.

Has a car spawn and a player spawn point. If you use the spawn point, you will spawn on the main road south of the building, just take the small road north. And dont get eaten on the way!

Update: The building should now appear on the ingame map. If I broke something by accident, tell me.
