An apartment penthouse suite set in near future Japan.

• Urban 3D skybox with clouds and moving cars
  
• Sounds and soundscapes
  
• Bathroom has a working mirror
  
• Glass doors with wood frames can be opened
  
• Uses env_skypaint, so sky color can be changed: how? (alternatively, use Atmos or SimpleWeather)

The majority of the map is located in apartment 3 (you're not going to have luck breaking in to other people's houses.)

The original map (v1) was a tiny contribution I made for a facepunch collab called the Condominium Collab[web.archive.org]. It never saw the light of day, so I thought I'd release it so it wouldn't just be sitting on my hard drive.

Recently, people notified me to the fact that the cubemaps were broken in the original map. I went in to fix that and ended up redoing the map almost entirely. It sort ended up becoming a showcase of props from Neotokyo, l4d_yama and other Source games.
