* Is the map too dark? Or are textures too bright/white/shiny? Turn Off HDR
Options -> Video -> Advanced -> High Dynamic Range, Change to None
Don't forget to disconnect and rejoin the map

Am I missing something? because most of the Neotokyo maps have some missing models or textures. Even this one. Even though I downloaded the entire pack including the resources.

Last time I tried this map, the NPCs didn't appear to be moving...
