This is a pack that will be updated as I make structures. It presently contains a Small Communist Party HQ, and a Small Technical University.

Dude, thanks for your work, but this building is bigger than the vanilla buildings. You should adjust its size to match the "small" property.

Model fixed to have appropriate shadows, as well as new pedestrian access points. The road is a pass-through, and vehicles can see and travel through it.
