The Romance of the Three Kingdoms brings focus to China during a turbulent period of the Han Dynasty.

Compatible with Crusader Kings II 3.3.5. This mod includes: 5000+ characters, 500 provinces, 14 religions, 16 cultures, and a fleshed out duel, battle, nobility, inheritance, refugee, and imperial system.

To those who have played any game featuring the Three Kingdoms, or who have actually read the books, this mod will be what you have probably been hoping for. This mod is a complete overhaul of the Crusader Kings II game and hosts the following scenarios:

-184- Yellow Turban Rebellion (100% complete)
-190- Coalition against Dong Zhuo (100% complete)
-194- Rise of Ambition (100% complete)
-200- Northern Rivalry (100% complete)
-208- Battle of Red Cliffs (100% complete)-220- War of the Three Kingdoms (100% complete)-225- Zhuge Liang's Southern Campaign (90% complete)For manual downloads: ModDB

love the mod its been stable for a long time but it randomly crashes now and for some reason it happens when i look at my laws not sure why its a shame as iv played this mod so much before one of my favorites

Been enjoying this mod. Love it so far. Playing as Khu Lien, but I cannot create the Tribal Kingdom of Yue. Game says that the title is inactive. Anyway I can fix this?

@Romulus The feather guard are the Emperor's personal troops. But he dies pretty early on unless you hit some crazy RNG. The new emperor may not be able to field the guard due to low $$$ or low influence.
