Small tank storage

I think this is a general issue (core), not related to the mod itself

I was sure this worked on everything before the xmas lights update...but I've just found that this tank will not forward fuel to my train refuelling stations.
I can use it with factories, asphalt etc without a pump but not rail fuelling.
Known issue?
Regular vanilla tank works fine without pump over short distance.

Nice. Didn't think I would ever have a use for a storage thing smaller than the vanilla ones until I finally noticed that distribution offices wont deliver to oil/fuel unloading places connected to train diesel stations.

having no idea how to create a mode ( but i think that later this year i will try to learn it) i want to ask if it is possible to make an warehouse with extended capacity ( 10x, 50x and 100x)?
would be awesome for me.
