[VJ] Max Payne 3 Comando Sombra SNPCs

Get the required item or they won't have any sounds, the reason for it being it's own separate addon is because the sounds alone are heavier than the models, materials and lua files, together they are 400 Megabytes, the limit is 350

Includes:
a bunch of models, all ported by me (which explains why the rigging is so terrible)

Voices from the game, each NPC will have 1 of 13 voices (this took ages to setup)
They are on the "Comando Sombra" tab

5 SNPCs:
Comando Sombra (from the kidnapping) (60 Health. PT92, .38 Revolver, Auto 9mm, AK-47, Double barrel, M500)
Comando Sombra (i think its an unused model, i ported it because it looked pretty good) (70 Health. PT92, .38 Revolver, Auto 9mm, AK-47, Double barrel, M500)
Comando Sombra Unmasked (Same as the normal comando sombra, but they're unmasked)
Comando Sombra Masked/Unmasked (spawns masked and unmasked guys)
Serrano (from the nightclub) (550 Health, AK-47)

7 New NPC weapons:
Auto 9mm
.38 Revolver
PT92
AK-47
M500
Double barrel
Micro Uzi

Then enabling "No damage to NPCs with neutral relationship"

Future plans:
maybe replace them with models from the game -Done
add unmasked guys -Done

Spoilers for Max Payne 3, and a bit of context on these guys

The Comando Sombra (Shadow Command) is a criminal faction based of real life's PCC and Comando Vermelho, they obviously don't exist in real life. They have over 3000 members, their leader is Serrano. They do things like kidnappings and assassinations, they are also in a turf war against the Tropa Z (Another street gang) and the Crachá Preto (Mercenaries). In-game they are the easiest and first enemy you fight, they are put out of business by Max and the UFE by the end of the game (no one knows what happened to Serrano)
