Nice! I love that this one was updated. There are sadly very few wooden buildings and these have often been my go-to for wooden barracks.

@Ternet18 - love your realistic approachm thank you! 80% of life quality would probably be too much.

@ZILonaut Ground phase no longer requires concrete and asphalt, but needs a bit more gravel. I will keep the steel for construction because of the clearly metal roof.

@vajeeking I have increased the quality from 55% to 68% only, as its a wooden cheaper version of a vanilla building that has 78% quality, and making it comparable or higher, while housing more people and costing much less, would be weird.

Is it possible to add living quality higher, so its useful to early start like at least .

For ground construction asphalt and concrete is needed.
Can you change that, so only gravel and wood is used for construction?
