This minimalist mod adds new ship sections to get more from Strike Craft and Missiles:

  • 3 new Battleship sections. Allows conversion into dedicated Carriers

  • 3 new Cruiser sections. Allows pure Missile Cruisers

  • 2 new Hangar bows for the Destroyer and Cruiser, for early strike craft

  • New re-balanced Gunship Picket Bow

To counter the new G and H options, this bow swaps one S slot - instead of one M slot - for the picket bow. Brings dedicated picket destroyers in line with other ships, and keeps the Destroyer as the best picket ship per unit naval cap.

All sections are unlocked with their ships; there's no extra tech. Each ship class has a job it's good at: Battleships for hangars; Cruisers for guided weapons; Destroyers for PD.

AI weighted!
No vanilla file edits!
Uses base game ratios!
High mod compatibility!


YASSS will never need an update for future game versions, unless Paradox rework ship sections. The version warning FAILS to tell you if a mod works! It ONLY looks at a label. Reinstalling the game, changing the label, and re-uploading the mod *every update* costs time this poor modder lacks!


Inspired by More Carrier Sections. I made this by taking apart theirs; thanks dude6935!
I recommend pairing with a Strike Craft mod, such as At War: Strike Craft

Can confirm, works in 3.11. Just the out of date warning in the launcher.

Love the ship sections! Hope you get a random urge to add Titan carrier sections to this excellent lineup!
