That's not possible without some Lua implementation or PAC. The simplest and easiest method to do that would be PAC, as each model will have different bodygroup settings and that can be changed on the fly in-game.
A Lua solution to do the same thing would be possible, but wouldn't be usable on servers due to client code being limited.
Like adding a hat not part of the original model and having it fall off on death? PAC can do that with the scripting language functions, but I couldn't tell you how as that's outside the purview of my experience.
I have no idea why people won't just download it. It saves everyone space and time, and there's legitimately no reason not to.

It'll increase the size of all my add-ons that require it by about 30 MB at a minimum, due to all the face materials needed. It's more optimized this way, and I have no plans to change it.
