Kenshi Hiver Race

Adds the Hiver race from Kenshi, divided into 3 subraces: Soldiers, Workers, and Princes. These subraces have variants for the Western and Southern hives, as well as for the Fogmen. Also adds neutral and hostile factions representing the Western Hive and Southern Hive, respectively, as well as the hostile Fogmen faction, the Deadhive. The hivers have custom names and a custom bodytype with no feet.

Hivers currently have the same restrictions as humans. If anyone knows how to deny them wearing shoes and hats specifically, let me know. They also always spawn as male, since I'm unsure about how to make them genderless without causing issues. They should spawn in vanilla player factions and their own factions with low-tier neolithic equipment.

HIvers also have only one life-stage, adulthood, as my understanding is that they are born fully-grown in Kenshi's lore. Because of this, mods related to children shouldn't allow for Hiver children.
