Model Property

It's something everybody needs -- a way of setting the model of a prop, whilst maintaining colour, angles and materials!

Long story short, it allows you to copy, and set the model of (most) entities. Its main use is for builders who can't be arsed to spawn a new prop and place it with the exact same angles, colours, materials and stuff like that, rather, they can simply change the model with a simple right-click and a paste!

Please note, you cannot modify the models of ragdolls or vehicles as for some reason Gmod doesn't like it, aka it crashes. Well, techinically, it's the reinitalisation of the physics that it doesn't like.
