For sale from the Shinobi Thieves for a modest price, and shown off by the Boss themselves.

you cannot buy the blueprint for this one. small chance to find it in shinobi thieves shop. 33days in, only found 1pc of this

It's Drifter's Boots, with the ninja colouring applied for a unique look - no custom models or meshes needed!

is it a custom boot? or just the same as drifter's boots design with different stats?
