You're allowed to use these assets although I can not provide the requested model format as I do not have any resources regarding the addon anymore. You can however decompile the models and export the textures.

Although do note that you can't use it for any commercial or profit purposes.

Hi, rafael, I'm poking around with making a Stargate Fan game in unity, but I'm not great at modelling/texturig. I was wondering if I could use the models from CAP, and if so can I have them in non valve proprietary formats?

You mean cap_fonts and that you extracted it most likely with winrar making a folder inside a folder... yea that doesn't work (like stated in the description just extract it with the default windows tools and you won't have any problems)

@Rafael I figured out what I screwed up. The folder I was supposed to install was inside another folder. I stupidly installed the outer folder into the addons folder. Whoops.

You could use the "personal shield" to protect yourself for a limited time, do note that life support is a total different addon that we're only using for some of our entities so questions regarding that should be redirected to their forums.
