Remove some restrictions on the occurrence of events and increase the probability of occurrence of events

This is used in conjunction with my event mod and should solve most of the jumpouts.
When I tested myself,
A round of events, a legendary trader event, a chaotic event
(Two of the events are followup events), they didn’t jump out.
However, after the situation of jumping out, I can go through it after I re-enter it. This is a place I can't understand.
If this mod can't solve your jump-out problem, I don't have a better way to solve it now.
I suggest you unsubscribe from my other event mod, or just subscribe to one or two event mods.
