Opis
A Heftier Heft

Is your Heft a little underwhelming? Do you wish the suffering of the United Cities peasants was much smellier? Do you question whether the working poor are really dying of hunger mere inches from where they are born?

Look no further, outlander, 'cause we've set those wrongs wronger! Introducing Heft Re-Imagined, the only squalor mod for Kenshi so vivid that users can actually taste the rampant human oppression. There's no pulling yourself up by your bootstraps in this Heft, you filthy serfs! You'll live in the tent city, and you'll die there.


Current Features

Not that you can afford it, but here's what's available:

  • Heft 2.0, re-envisioned to maximize the oppression of the working poor!
  • Staggering economic disparity.
  • Pristine real estate (for the wealthy).
  • A posh new bar for select clientele only. Not you, dreg.
  • Entirely walkable walls.
  • Widespread hopelessness.


Planned Features

  • Complete ownership & exploitation of natural resources.
  • Toll roads.


Compatibility & Bug Reporting

Heft Re-Imagined only adds characters, buildings, and dialogue to Kenshi, so it is compatible with most mods. However, it completely changes the layout of Heft, so another mod that also changes the layout of Heft will probably break the hell out of your game. Such is the plight of the unwashed (<---you).

I doubt you can read or write, but please report any bugs in the appropriate sub-forum.

Hello! Great mod, obviously! It's used in my Ultimate Cities Towns Merge mod and I adore this version of Heft!

I was browsing through the FCS and I noticed that the nobles added, whose names are Temba and Chieko, use a custom body model that was not included in this mod! That model is found in this directory: .\data\character\bodies\export\Princess Jaegi.bod2

If you still have the data from this mod, Diogenes of Sinope, would you mind including that custom model in the mod and updating this? As it stands, I'm forced to give these nobles a random body, and I'm hoping to expand the city soon, so it would be amazing if you have that! Thanks. Also thanks for your work!

i seem to be getting clipping issues, seems the original city still exists at the same time as the new one? as a result, there are several building clipping inside walls and buildings.

Can you make some of the shacks buyable, also please make more of these expanison on other citys like blister hill, your probably he best city expander modder dude

I ought not write to apologize for the delay in responding since by all accounts you can barely decipher picture books, but for what it's worth, I am aware that many of you have forsaken bathing, eating, and cultivating any sort of intellect while your frivolous and poorly written messages have gone unanswered. Steam is to blame, I fear, for failing to notify me that you had left little... peasant manifestos? Is that the word? Nevertheless, I am pleased that some of you (e.g. RomanticSavior) appear to have fixed your own problems in the meantime. Pull yourselves up by your bootstraps! The rest of you (i.e. Wirewing): you know what they say: fawning is appropriate, but distance is next to godliness. Please remember to supplicate in the designated areas.

This is a great city mod. Probably the best standalone city expansion
