Renowned Lords (Regiment of Renown Lord Skill)

Regiments of Renown are fun, albeit usually not that amazing, but you can only get one of each per faction. Making them infinite removes any form of specialness, so I decided to try an alternate approach; tying them to a lord skill! Having to level up and trade skill points for them feels a bit more balanced to me at least. You can also decide your own balance; if you think 3 is too much, stop leveling the skill after 1 point, or wait til level 40 to put 1 point in this, whatever, I just don't wanna make three versions with 1/2/3 levels each.

• At levels 15, 30, and 40, any vanilla and supported mod lords can put a point into a skill that adds +1 cap to all RoRs.
  
• You still have to wait the 10 turn cooldown for each.
  
• Should be compatible with almost anything else, but balance can get funky if you're running a mod that boosts RoR power, and this mod is worthless if you're already running a mod that gives infinite RoRs.
  
• Yes, it works with SFO and Radious.
  
• I make no promises about adding to the cap of RoRs added by other mods, depending on how the author set them up it MAY work.

I will not be adding compatibility for other mods, since Lord Specializations has this skill and compatibility with most modded lords.
