This is a very cheap, small weapon that can be fired without power. You just need an 80mm M1 Grenade (Producable in an assembler),the also very cheap weapon (A few steel plates) and a welder. Load it at the muzzle, and make sure you know the very high drop on the weapon (20x normal gravity).

250m/s projectile velocity and a reload of 5 seconds. Max range of however well you angle it ;)

The benefits of this over the other more powerful weapons are portability, cheapness and ability to fire without power.
It has a small explosive radius (Only a few metres)
