If you are looking for a simple/ modern looking medical clinic for your city, (or a clinic that fits under a highway bridge section) this asset is just for you!

With the same stats as the basegame medical clinic, this clinic does not only have more realistic workercount per educational level, but also realistic jobtitles.

This clinic has 4 parking spots in the front many more in the back, these parkingspots are invisible, but usable by the cims.

This clinic requires no DLC's, mods or assets, only the basegame.

Highly educated in CS1 = anybody with a college degree. So all nurses and doctors should be counted as highly educated.

@ylij174 This clinic comes with 8 ambulances like the default medical clinic, you can toggle clinic ambulance spawn in the asset editor.
