R/V Sabina (rework)

This is a rework of the marvelous GERUNIMO's amazing creation.

I've added a small list of new features with more to come over time, those currently implemented are:

| the middle bench in front of the main mast can now be opened to reveal the engine and an emergency fuel cutoff valve

while I will admit that's a small feature list more will be coming, just as soon as I work out what else to add
