For patch 3.2 "Iron Century", Paradox provides us new bookmark year 936. It's also the period in history which rise of Iranian Muslim dynasties in the Iranian plateau so called Iranian Intermezzo[forum.paradoxplaza.com].


In the later Abbasid Era, there're parallel caliphates. Abbasid Caliphate of Baghdad/Cairo, Fatimid Caliphate, Umayyad Caliphate of Córdoba, Almohad Caliphate...
But there's no anti-caliph mechanism in this patch. so I manage to create one. enjoy!

What's the difference from Assume the Caliphate by @Lajos Tueur

• His mod is somewhat broken since HF had reworked whole religion mechanism.
  mods in pre-HF era used to modify files under \common\religions\, resulting incompatibility.

No anticaliph names and description in religion interface, how?

• Names and desc of anti-caliph won't display. It's hard-coded with catholic religion. Ask Paradox for a fix.

No bloodline in creation conditions?

• Hmmm...I don't like bloodline here, there, everywhere so no.

Is it compatible with CK2+/HIP/AGOT(?)/...

• Try it for yourself.

Is this mod haraam?

• Ask a Mufti in your country. The answer would be No/Yes. And that's why schism between sunni and shia happened.
