描述
Do you hate the pace killing minefields of Bogus Detour? Because lord knows I do. This mod makes them visible (and shootable) from 4x the normal distance. So if you don't feel like tiptoeing through the stupid things, you can opt to shoot them to oblivion from a MUCH safer distance instead!

How to use: Once you subscribe, you'll need to choose this mod as a custom campaign: Bogus Detour w/Less Annoying Mines. The campaign is identical to the original game with the exception of landmine behavior, noted above. Achievements will not be available when using this.

@Schenni Thanks! Glad to see people are still getting use out of this. The landmines always felt like a completely out of place element to me.

You have to subscribe to it, then select it in the game when it is done downloading. There is a mods section in the game somewhere, iirc.

Yeah, first time. However, it doesn't seem to be working. Maybe I am not using this correctly, but it seems like it would be intuitive.

When you subscribe to a mod, it's downloaded automatically. Guessing you've never used the workshop before.

The mod does modify how mines work on a local level, so I assume everyone needs the mod running for multiplayer to answer your question @MrUnbecoming.

Does a friend playing online with you need the mod as well? I will definitely be getting this thank you. Mines are annoying as shit, and a stupid mechanic in an excellent game.
