Hello friends, it's been a while since the last time I dropped a blueprint so here's one for you lovely people out there. I've been working on this on Sloppycan's public server where there is currently a community project building a sci fi themed city. If you're interested in participating or just want to see the build yourself, feel free to hop in. So here it is: the Elysian Towers Residential:Executive Suite. This baby will fit right into the skyline of that futuristic city you've been working on or stand out like a sore thumb in that medieval castle town. Whatever floats your goat. Not just simple tower though, this can double up as a player home. The penthouse player home has enough space for a kitchen, living space, bathroom, storeroom, and of course a master bedroom. Now this isn't called the Executive Suite for nothing; you've also got a floor with a private conference room in case you need to conduct any under the table business meetings discreetly. So go ahead and give it a shot, this tower is definitely worth your while.

Some technical notes on the build: This is a tall build so definitely give it plenty of overhead space. Its side dimensions are roughly 20x20 (sticks out a bit to one side towards the top). The exterior structure is composed almost entirely of non-premium blocks (there some galactic blocks that can be easily replaced) so you can still build the structure without worrying about replacing blocks. The interior designs however, relies heavily on premium blocks (mostly the Ritz pack and Galactic pack). It will be somewhat difficult to replicate certain parts of the interior without these blocks, so either have someone craft the blocks for you or you may have to design your own interior. The exterior will use 2000+ salt blocks so it may be easier to build with sand first and firebomb rather than crafting salt. If you need more space to customize there are some good sized hollow areas that are unused. Another important thing is when putting part 1 and part 2 of the blueprint together, part 2 goes on top of part 1. You should be able to line it up, but it'll be helpful to know that both cornerstones are place on the same side of the build and the part 2 cornerstone is placed on one of the corners instead of the middle. Lastly, there may be a chance that this build will be a bit lag intensive for some computers because it uses a good amount of LEDs and special blocks.

So there you go, hope the tech notes don't appear too daunting; it's some pointers that I feel are important to know when building this. I had plenty of fun with this build and hopefully you will too. Cheers and keep it classy ;)
