does it work with DSteps?

@Waffle Footstep can work with combines too sometime I reilize when they come for me I run away and reilize that they searching for me in last room I shown if I don't come back to this door they just not know where I runed away. thats mean this silent footsteps if really silent to npcs this could be best mod lack of stealth in garry's mod something I can't fix even still today. non of stealth mod works with combines. metrocops are fine but combines they have perfect ears. Some stealth mods made combines too stupid that when you kill one other combines act like nothing happened other mods do nothing at all. I need not op stealth mod.

Does it work for like npcs that are blind and depend on sound? i got a five nights at freddys security breach npc, and shes blind, would he still be able to hear noise?
